Returns: All returns must first be approved through our customer support. Once approved, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to send the package out. We will provide you with all the shipping information you need.
Approvals: The item you wish to be shipped back cannot have been worn or used. Worn or used items will be denied approval of a return.
If you wish to return due to an item being received broken, we must be contacted within the first 48 hours of package arrival. Failure to do so will result in a denial of return.
